Coffee Service
Freshly brewed hot coffee in a 96 oz Joe To Go, ready to serve. Choose a single-origin (Mexico, Peru, Ethiopia, Bali, or Guatemala) or one of our house blends. Includes cups, lids, cream, sugar, and stirrers.

How Booking Works

1. Tell us about your event. Click "Request Catering" below to fill out our request form, or email us at makayla@themusecoffee.co with your date, guest count, and what you're hoping for.

2. Get a quote. We'll follow up within 1–2 business days with a custom quote.

3. Lock in your date. A 25% deposit confirms your order.

4. Pick up or delivery. Pick up your order at either location, or, with enough notice, we can deliver it about 30 minutes before your event starts.

Lead time: Please order at least 3 business days in advance — the sooner the better for larger orders and deliveries.

Delivery: With enough advance notice, we can deliver within 10 miles of either of our locations — just let us know when you book. Pickup is always available at no charge.

How far in advance do I need to order?
At least 3 business days in advance.

Do you deliver?
Yes — with enough advance notice, we can deliver within 10 miles of our Lynchburg, VA and Garner, NC locations. Pickup is always free.

Is there a minimum order?
There's no minimum for coffee service. Pastries and sandwiches have a minimum of 12 each.

Can you accommodate dietary needs?
Alternative milks are available on request — just let us know when you order.

Do you offer wholesale/recurring office coffee service?
